Excellent George. What we have now, in our society, is what I call 'the great disconnect'. Disconnected from God and His Laws and Statutes. Satan's 'lie' to Eve in the Garden when she was tempted to 'eat from the tree of the knowledge & evil' was - 'God is holding out on you! We CAN run our lives successfully without reference to God'. In our current 'mess' . Nothing could be more obvious. We CANT. God is the Source of ALL life, liberty, justice .. EVERYTHING we as humans need to live well and survive. The remedy - we need to re-connect to God and 'live according to His Ways - because His Ways WORK!
